収集方法

Aquatic hyphomycetes spores were sampled by filtering 5 litres of stream water (47 mm diameter, 8 µm pore size; Whatman GF/C, GE Healthcare Europe GmbH, Little Chalfont, U.K.). The filters were stained with cotton blue in 60% lactic acid (0.05%) and mounted on a slide.

Study Extent Aquatic hyphomycetes spores were sampled from 40 stream sites distributed by 27 permanent streams on Madeira islands.

Method step description:

  1. The data has been published as a Darwin Core Archive (DwC-A), which is a standardised format for sharing biodiversity data as a set of one or more data tables. The core data table contains 26 records (taxonID). One extension data table also exists with 100 occurrences.
