This dataset presente the distribution of aquatic hyphomycetes in Madeira island streams.

Data Records

The data in this 名錄 resource has been published as a Darwin Core Archive (DwC-A), which is a standardized format for sharing biodiversity data as a set of one or more data tables. The core data table contains 21 records. 1 extension data tables also exist. 取樣方法

Aquatic hyphomycetes spores were sampled by filtering 5 litres of stream water (47 mm diameter, 8 µm pore size; Whatman GF/C, GE Healthcare Europe GmbH, Little Chalfont, U.K.). The filters were stained with cotton blue in 60% lactic acid (0.05%) and mounted on a slide.

研究範圍 Aquatic hyphomycetes spores were sampled from 40 stream sites distributed by 27 permanent streams on Madeira islands.
